We have been servicing Lake Tahoe home's since 2018. Our goal is to provide you with an invaluable service to be here when you are away. We are just a call away to check on your home or fix any problem that may arise. 

Established in 2018

Approximately 70 percent of homes in the Lake Tahoe area are owned by second home owners. Many of these home owners would like assurance their home is looked after and do not want to spend their vacation time fixing issues with their home.  

Our Goal

We are here to maintain your home so it is ready for you and your guests arrival. Many homes need yearly maintenance inspections for fire sprinklers, built in generators and more. Our job is to schedule maintenance and let you know if something is in need of repair.

Living in the Lake Tahoe area since 2013, David has worked in property management industry for over 8 years. He enjoys working with clients, keeping their homes in excellent condition and ready for their arrival.

A Tahoe local since 2013. Michele has worked many years in customer service and office management. Michele manages scheduling, housekeeping, concierge, and any tasks that arise.
