We started our business because we saw a unique need in the Lake Tahoe area—where approximately 70% of homes are owned by second homeowners who often face the challenge of managing properties from afar. Many of these homeowners want the peace of mind that their second home is well cared for, but they don’t want to spend their precious vacation time dealing with maintenance or unexpected issues. Our mission is to provide reliable, comprehensive property management services that ensure their homes are in excellent condition, so they can truly relax and enjoy their time in Lake Tahoe without worrying about repairs or upkeep.

Our Goal

Our goal is to ensure that your home is always ready and welcoming for you and your guests, without any of the stress that comes with managing the upkeep. We specialize in routine maintenance, including essential yearly inspections for fire sprinklers, built-in generators, and other key systems that keep your home safe and functional. Our job is to proactively schedule and oversee these inspections, ensuring that everything is in good working order. If we identify anything that needs repair or attention, we’ll notify you right away, giving you peace of mind and allowing you to enjoy your time at the property without interruption.

With a genuine passion for property restoration, David specializes in home inspections, creating defensible space, and tackling a wide range of issues that can arise in homeownership. His attention to detail and hands-on approach ensures that every property he manages is well cared for and ready for its owners to enjoy. David's deep appreciation for the mountains is reflected in both his professional and personal life, as he enjoys spending his free time outdoors with his family, exploring the beauty of the Lake Tahoe region. His commitment to maintaining and enhancing properties is matched only by his love for the natural world around him.

Michele Koerner has been a proud Tahoe local since 2013, bringing with her years of experience in customer service and office management. As the backbone of our team, Michele manages scheduling, housekeeping, concierge services, and tackles any task that comes her way with efficiency and a keen eye for detail. Her true passion lies in decorating homes and selecting the perfect fixtures and furniture to create inviting, cozy spaces. Michele loves collaborating with clients to add those personal touches that make a house truly feel like home. When she's not busy at work, Michele enjoys spending her days off at the lake, taking bike rides, or skiing down the slopes of Tahoe with her family, fully embracing the outdoor lifestyle that makes the area so special.
