Home Inspections

Housekeeping 

Starting with heat and water. Moving into internet and cable. Our home inspections include a thorough check of all your homes functioning parts. We check your toilets, showers, appliances, lights, smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors. We inspect the outside of your home for snow or animal damage. The inside of your home for leaks, insect, or rodent damage.

Property Maintenance

This includes but not limited to safety checks, cleaning, rodent control, home repairs, drywall touchups, Spring yard cleanup, scheduling window cleaning, leaf blowing decks and driveways, patio furniture, shoveling pathways, removing snow from bear bins, checking and changing lightbulbs, checking and changing smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and more. 

Scheduling Appointments 

Many homes require years services. These include fire system inspections, ​boiler services, generator services, backflow testing and HVAC services. We also schedule appointments with electricians, plumbers, carpet cleaners, carpenters, appliance and furniture delivery.  

Spa Service

Drain and Clean Services include but not limited to

         Drain the spa completely
         Disinfect the surfaces
         Basic mark/stain removal
         Clean the filter
         Clean and protect cover
         Refill the spa
         Shock and balance the chemicals
         Balance PH levels ​

Snow Removal 

Shoveling decks, stairs, pathways and bear bins. Depending on your needs, we can create a snow removal plan for you. 

​We offer one time cleans, weekly or monthly. Since we work at an hourly rate you can specify the area of the home you need cleaned. 
We give free estimates and can develop a customized cleaning plan that works for you. We'll also note what you do and don't want to have cleaned and update any changes you make to your cleaning plan along the way. 
​ if you already have a cleaning service. We will ensure they are keeping the house up to your standards and notify them if something needs to be addressed.

 Concierge Services 

We assist our home owners and their guests by performing various tasks such as grocery shopping, making restaurant reservations, ski and snowboard rentals, boat and water activities rentals.

Recommendations for outdoor activities, best hikes, biking routes, beaches, lakes, ski resorts, golf courses and spas.

We can deliver birthday or special occasions cakes, flowers, or decorations. Anything you need to make your stay more relaxing and memorable.

Window Washing 

Washing the inside and outside of all windows. Removing tree sap. Cleaning window screens. Repairing broken window screens. 

Defensible Space​

Removal of pine needles, pinecones and dead branches. 

Waste Removal 

Anything that needs to be taken to the landfill. 

Christmas Decorations 

Hanging lights, wrapping trees, wreaths inside or out. Installing live garlands, setting up Christmas trees and decorations. We also take down all lights and decorations after the Holidays.
